Take THAT, brain!
Oh well, here’s the story. I sort of wonder if it’s still funny. But, anyway.
Andy Baio who runs Waxy.org and the Links Miniblog has a great sense of humor, which is why his is one of the “blogs” I’ve read for the longest period of time.
So today I read something he put up yesterday about how the Dilbert guy, Scott Adams has tricked his brain into letting him speak again. You can read about that on Scott’s page and you really should because it’s a cool cool story. Plenty of other bloggars have put up links to this story because of the coolness. What Andy Baio does though with a very deft turn of phrase is even better. After the link he posts:
“(take that, brain!)”
I love it!
So anyway, I thought, that would make a great slogan for something. Put it on a shirt or something. Which is just kind of how I approach neat phrases, because I like shirts with neat phrases. But, you can’t make a picture for a shirt that tells the story of the Dilbert guy fixing his brain by singing a nursery rhyme. So, what goes on funny shirts? What fits with this phrase??
